How to Wash Your Somnelle Grounding Bedsheet
Your grounding sheet contains medical-grade silver threading that requires proper care to maintain conductivity. Follow these simple steps:
WASHING (Weekly or Twice Monthly Minimum)
- Disconnect the grounding cord before washing
- Machine wash on gentle cycle with warm or cold water (never hot)
- Use mild liquid detergent without bleach, fabric softeners, or added oils
- Air dry or tumble dry on LOW heat only — never use high heat
- Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles
DO: ✓ Wash weekly to remove body oils and sweat that block conductivity
✓ Use gentle, eco-friendly liquid detergent
✓ Spot-treat stains with hydrogen peroxide if needed
✓ Wait 1 hour after applying lotions or body oils before getting into bed
