Once you place your order, our team begins processing it right away. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

- USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–15 business days
We fulfil orders from [our warehouse(s) in …] to get your Renvoir Smart Cupping Massager to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock at your nearest location, it may ship from an alternate facility — please allow a few additional days in that case.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will arrive by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@renvoir.com with your name and order number and we'll sort it out straight away.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
If items are missing from your delivery, reach out to us at support@renvoir.com right away. Some orders ship in multiple packages, but if we've made an error, we'll send the missing items at no cost to you.
