60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident trying Renvoir. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund.
Return Shipping
Because Renvoir is a personal-care device, in most cases there's no need to ship it back to receive your refund — simply email us within 60 days and we'll take care of it. For damaged or defective items, we cover everything (see below).
Used Products
We understand this is a personal wellness product — you may need to use it a few times to know if it's right for you. Used devices are fully covered under our 60-day guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we'll fix it straight away. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
If you experience any issue with your Renvoir, we're happy to help. Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll find the best solution for you.
How to Start a Refund
Starting a refund is simple:
- Email us with your order number
- Let us know why Renvoir wasn't right for you — your feedback genuinely helps us improve
- We'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
Non-Refundable Items
We're unable to accept refund requests for:
- Orders placed more than 60 days before the request
- Products with missing components from the original shipment
